REFUND & CANCELLATIONS

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Please e-mail us at hola@nunaahandmade.com if you wish to return any item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

To complete your return please do the following:

  1. re-pack the item with the labels and tags still attached

  2. send us an e-mail at  hola@nunaahandmade.com stating your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason

 

UAE

If you are in the UAE returns are FREE.

Once you have e-mailed us we will arrange with you the convenient time and place for the items to be collected. We will also request the bank details of the account you would like the refund transferred to. This is the case if you either paid by credit card or by cash on delivery. If you wish to receive a cash return there is a 20aed charge. 

Once we have received your returned item(s) and after they are checked we will issue the refund. We have the right to refuse a refund is we suspect the item has been worn or if it is not in the same condition as it was sent out. 

 

GCC, MIDDLE EAST AND REST OF WORLD

If international then you must arrange your own return and bear the cost of returning the item(s) unless the item is faulty or damaged (please email us so we can try to help you find the easiest and cost effective way of returning). 


EXCHANGES

 

UAE

If you are in the UAE exchanges for a different size in the same style and colour are free. If you'd like to exchange to a different style then this will be treated as a return and you can place a new order for the item you would like. 

GCC, MIDDLE EAST AND REST OF WORLD

If international then, unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. So if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead. 

REFUNDS

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us  hola@nunaahandmade.com

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

DAMAGED GOODS                                                       
 

We are very thorough in checking all our items before they are dispatched however if you do receive a faulty or damaged item please inform us at  hola@nunaahandmade.com

 

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Nunaa is not liable holding times of packages by customs in your country.

Once a purchase is made through Nunaa, you accept this as part of our terms and conditions.
